We Are Different From Other Rescues
- We conduct behavioral assessments on each dog.
- We perform standard medical checks and provide records, including fecal tests and bloodwork.
- Our dogs are fully vaccinated when age appropriate, and are either spayed/neuter or scheduled for either.
- We provide multiple meet and greets and interactions if needed. Its important to include all family member.
- We deliver dogs to their adopters to make the experience less stressful and more successful.
- Our trainers will perform an interaction survey at the adopter's home.
- We follow up regularly, and offer reunions of litters with adopters.
Our History: Animals Are Our Mission
We are dedicated to the rescue of stray and abandoned animals waiting for a home. Finding suitable families for adoption or providing care and shelter for the Greater New York Metropolitan area to provide a benefit to animals, families, and the community-at-large is our goal.
We focus on making positive changes that will last a lifetime. With every life we save and forever home we find, another animal in need is given a second chance at life, love, and happiness.

The number of dogs we can save depends on the number of people we have helping us. We are always looking for new volunteers! We are a 100% Volunteer-based Rescue, meaning volunteers are essential to keep our mission going! Whether you're helping with events, finding homes for adoptable dogs, dog walking, cleaning, or transports, administrative help volunteers are always needed.
