Why Foster?

The number of animals we can save depends on the number of people we have helping us. We are always looking for new fosters, as well as volunteers!

• Fostering increases an animal’s chance of getting adopted.
• It saves lives and frees up space for other pets in need, while also giving the animal a chance to shine and be loved outside of a rescue environment.
• Your own pets have the chance to learn more social skills.
• Fostering is flexible and great for those that cannot adopt or are unsure about committing to adoption.
• Fostering can help one heal after the death of a loved pet. It is an enriching experience for both the person and the foster pet!
